OAL DKT. NO. EDS 01737-26 2 On March 2, 2026 , petitioner filed a request for a due process hearing with the Office of Special Education (OSE). On March 2, 2026, the OSE transmitted the case to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) under the act establishing the OAL , N.J.S.A. 52:14F-1 to -23, and the Special Education rules, N.J.A.C. 6A:14 -1.1 to -10.2, for a hearing under the Special Education Program hearing rules, N.J.A.C. 1:6A-1.1 to -18.4. On June 17, 2026, the parties entered into a private agreement that settles the case in its entirety. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this case be and is hereby DISMISSED. This decision is final under 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(1)(A) and N.J.A.C. 6A:14-2.7(l) and is appealable by bringing a civil action in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey or in a district court of the United States. 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(2); N.J.A.C. 6A:14- 2.7(v). If the parent or adult student believes that this decision is not being fully implemented with respect to a program or service, this concern should be communicated in writing to the Director of the OSE.
