emergent relief. Papers were submitted with the application and also submitted in
opposition by respondent thereafter. Oral argumen t was held on September 18, 2019,
with no appearance by the petitioner. Having considered the papers in support of and in
opposition of the application, and having considered argument by counsel for respondent,
and good cause not having been shown;

ORDERED that the appli cation for emergent relief is DENIED for the reasons
stated on the record.
This decision on application for emergency relief resolves all of the issues raised
in the due proc ess complaint; t herefore, n o further proceeding s in this matter are
necessary. This decision on application for emergency relief is final pursuant to 20
U.S.C. § 1415(i)(1)(A) and is appealable by filing a complaint and bringing a civil action
either in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey or in a district court of the
United States. 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(2) . If the parent or adult student feels that this
decision is not being fully implemented with respect to program or services, this
concern should be co mmunicated in writing to the Dir ector, Office of Special Education
Programs.
